When I finished secondary school in 2020, I decided to join the Military Get so I could function permanent to assist support my family members monetarily. Along the way, my parents constantly reminded me of the value of a college level. Truthfully, I battled with the decision in between selecting work over college.
That changed when I discovered the University of Memphis Global (UofM Global) where I might earn my level 100 % online from a certified, nationally acknowledged Carnegie R 1 college. The adaptability of the program made it possible to balance work, life, and education. When I enrolled, I knew I made the right selection.
As an on-line trainee, I remained included with school life via occupation fairs and signing up with student organizations like the Culture of Human Resource Administration. I wanted to obtain one of the most out of my university experience and get in touch with individuals who shared my interest for HR.
Last November, I released to Kuwait, with a month left of loss term. Many thanks to the support and structure of UofM Worldwide, I was able to complete strong, even making the Dean’s Checklist. I’m taking four classes while offering on active duty, and I’m happy to claim I’ll be finishing in May.
Being able to serve my country, support my family members, and earn my degree suggests the world to me. I really feel prepared to tackle whatever comes next.
